All I can say is this is the perfect thing for that. Works great. I had major hand surgery. These have been very helpful to strengthen muscles in the fingers that there is no natural way to workout.
This finger exercise is great for working out the extensor muscles in your hand. Most exercisers work out the flexors, but this can do both. Would highly recommend. It may take a minute or two to get used to where to place your fingers for the best workout, but it is worth it. Currently unavailable. These were exactly what my husband and I were looking for!! Physical therapy has been good, but I was looking for something to help me as I walked throughout the day or sitting down, watching a movie. I ordered this. When it arrived, I opened it and quickly fell in love with it. The wrist band itself is nice, soft and doesn't agitate my incision area on my wrist. The bands are not super strong, but neither are rubber bands. Overall, the wrist piece is very well made and easy to assemble the bands on it. It is lightweight yet works wonderfully.
